Do they use large GCs for that? Seems an odd fit for H OAR. (Wow, they’re filtered) I’ve done a number of projects with them and they’re a great company. (With an unfortunate name)

I keep hoping some day they replace the curtainwall at the ends of the concourse with something more... contemporary... like cable-net.

Just jack up the Contemporary onto some cinder blocks, and you're done.

Not sure about the different contractors and roles but if it helps we just got back from a 7 night stay at Contemporary and they posted warnings that they were repainting the entire exterior and apologizing for any inconvenience it may incur. Cheers!

Probably not related due to the particular contractor involved but I know some significant work to properly integrate the security station by the escalator should be coming sometime in the near future.

While we certainly prefer it remain Outer Rim, we really do not care what name it is operated under as long as the views and drinks remain.
