Contemporary - Commercial showing rooms built offsite

I know there have been a lot of posts about the fact that the Contemporary was built modularly - rooms being built offsite.... I don;t know if anyone ever posted the commercial for USS showing them being built. Just in case - here is a link to the commercial on YouTube.

What I find ironic is that US Steel built them to be removable/upgradeable, but didn't realize that the rooms would rust firmly in place. :hammer:

I thought they were stuck in place because of how the ground settled underneath the contemporary.. not rusting...
