Universal has recently been on a tear replacing some of their older snack stands with larger more convenient ones for both guests and employees.
When I saw this, I questioned if this is Disney possibly following suit and finally addressing some of the stands around their parks that are somewhat small and temporary? At MK for example, the eggroll stand is very temporary looking, why not build a more substantial one designed for the area? Same for the popcorn/ice-cream carts across the Tiki Room? They've been their for ages even though they are "temporary".
