News Construction Underway on Fourth Wish Class Ship

Assuming the data is correct, this still doesn’t mean it has “nothing” to do with it. The things they don’t know they are “missing out on” can be offset by things they like about the Wish. Not everything has an = value. Not saying first time cruisers don’t enjoy the Wish more. I’m saying the claim that it has nothing to do with it is false. One can value the new things the ship has to offer more than some of the things that were changed that the OG 4 ships did better.
I think you’re still missing my point. If not knowing what they are missing on the other ships boosts some first time cruisers opinions of the Wish class. Why then would the original classes score lower amongst cruises that have their first time on those ships?

Maybe because those ships aren’t offset by all the new stuff. You’re sleeping in 30 year old rooms as opposed to a brand new ship and now as a consumer you know that the other new ship has the Frozen show, or a Coco show and a Haunted Mansion bar, the Aqua Mouse and a slide into the kids club that your kid would love. Just because they are first time cruisers doesn’t mean they don’t have any knowledge of what’s on the other ships. So if you combine that + the fact that the guest may not know that the older ships are more user friendly if you will, you can see why the Wish/ Treasure would score higher.

But you have to count those enhanced entertainment factors on the wish class that new cruisers prefer. You cant just ignore them. The older dcl ships are lacking in them and it was a common complaint about the older ships before the wish class even existed amongst new time cruisers. The older ships just dont have enough disney on them.
