That’s a really big blank wall.
This is just the Starbucks area, the other side, like you said, has a lot more things going on. This actually looks very similar to the former fountain view StarbucksThat's definitely a very unflattering angle -- if you told me that was the world's largest McDonald's, I'd believe you -- but luckily we know there are at least some other things going on in other areas of the place.
What a lovely Airport
Got you covered.I attempted to post insta story screenshots and the carousel post that the Starbucks interior image was pulled from but it’s awaiting moderator approval.

So, then, the inside matches the outside!!I definitely like the Starbucks area being very spacious so it won't look like it's crammed with people. If you took out the murals, I would not even think that this is in Disney or even any theme park. It looks like a cafeteria from a big Silicon Valley company.
Where's the Swedish Meatballs? Oh, and you need a maze in front so it's impossible to get out of the place once you're inside. It looks nice but something about it screams IKEA cafe to me. Maybe it’s the chairs?
The maze part is easy! I’ll just need to reconfigure the construction walls in World celebration.Where's the Swedish Meatballs? Oh, and you need a maze in front so it's impossible to get out of the place once you're inside.
Totally. I too really hope that the CM doesn’t get into any trouble for this. Since they intentionally made it so searchable by adding the geolocation, #epcot and #creationscafe hashtags, I assume that they meant for it to be found and that it’s fine to be shared. I hope that is the case!I was trying to be discreet as to where the photo came from because I don’t think they were supposed to be taking/posting photos during the preview and didn’t want the cast member to get in trouble. Since that cat is out of the bag I will remove my original post.
I don't dislike this as much as I do in the context of the overall Spine design. I think if Connections had been the large-scale main eatery - i.e. pretty low on the list of "attractions" in the Spine - it's perfectly. The issue is this is being rolled out when we have no clue what so much of this project will look like and years before they are ready. It's being pitched like an attraction itself where it really is (and should only be) a bit player.
