Confirmed dates for Halloween and Christmas Parties

Booked our tickets for the Christmas party this morning for Nov. 8. We have never been to one of these parties. Looking forward to trying something new. :xmas:

I just booked out Halloween party tickets. The tickets were $69.18 for adults, and 62.79 for children. This was for 10/31 so not sure if there is a premium price there or not, or if the difference you posted is tax and what not, but these are the actual prices you have to pay.

Yep the prices I posted are excluding tax (it says so under the prices ;) )

$16 tax for a $53 tickets, Yikes. Oh well we got our tickets and will be there on Halloween.

I do hope they move the dance party elsewhere, as thats my daughters favorite part.

There is a higher price for those dates. (29 Oct and 31 Oct). Also no advance booking discount for those dates.

Can you purchase tickets online for this... or do you have to call? I looked online and couldn't find anything... maybe I'm not looking in the right place!?! :shrug:

And are there certain nights for AP discounts? I know in the past there were certain nights for AP discounts but I don't see those dates listed now!

Dang! We arrive Sept 2 - 12. We were anticipating parties on Sept 3 and 8th, we figured the early closing on the 10th and 11th was for the Night Of Joy. I wonder what the 7pm close is for on Sept 3 and 8?

Blackouts
Annual Passholder and DVC Member discounts are not available on 25 Sep, 8 Oct, 22 Oct, 28 Oct, 29 Oct, 31 Oct, 1 Nov.
Advance purchase discounts are not available on 8 Oct, 22 Oct, 28 Oct, 29 Oct, 31 Oct.

I can understand why the 22nd through the 31st is blacked out being so close to Halloween but why would the 8th be blacked out and not available for advanced purchase discounts?

Yeah, I just found out... thanks though! Guess I will have to make the long distance call too!

I'm going to miss you this time around. We decided to fly down in Sept. We got a great deal on our flight (almost too good to pass up)! And we might be taking your advice and trying out POFQ!

We're hoping to hit up the first MNSSHP on the 14th!
