Since Sillyspook loves cheese so much I wonder if she has seen page 35 in the "Imagineering" book. There is a sketch by Herbert Ryman for an International Food Pavillion for World Showcase at Epcot called The House of Cheese. If built, this would have been her favorite attraction.
