This is probably the one park I'd use it.

Last year my family spent a day at EPCOT, planning to see some family visiting from out of town. We ran into each other, did a few attractions together, then said we'd call each other for dinner. Never heard back from them...that is, not until we were leaving the park at about 7:30, when we received several voice mail messages from as early as 3:30 that afternoon wanting to know where we should meet for dinner. I should also add that I was unable to complete calls to them, also. Problem was not only with my iPhone, but also with our sons plain old dumb-phone. Maybe this will take enough of the data load off of the cellular infrastructure to at least allow us to call each other!

I can almost ... key word 'almost' justify WiFi in EPCOT because it's a park where technology is part of the foundation.

But anyone excited over this is someone who pretty obviously ain't living in the moment when they're supposed to be on a Pixie Dust high!

Unless ur excited because ur from another country and want to use mobile magic or dont want to use your data connection. You can def live the moment and use a mobile map at the same time. When u visit rarely the maps and electronic time guides come in handy

Sorry, couldn't resist! ;) But seriously, for us park-goers who visit WDW from other countries, this IS actually great news! Our data plan does not include anything in the U.S. and even though we could add a U.S. - 2 week data plan while down there, the pricing is ridiculous. It's not even the point of wanting to check into Facebook or little things like that, just being able to communicate via email or Facetime with friends and family back home to let them know you arrived okay, or just in case something important came up while you're down there and you wanted to communicate with them, is invaluable.

Hopefully it will be park-wide when we get back down there in a couple of years. :)
