Hi ya, does anyone remember the giant phone you could call around the world on in Epcot it was in commicon I think, sorry for spelling mistake , please post pics if you have them, I love Epcot from the first time I visited 1993 to now, it’s something about that entrance and spaceship earth

my family and i used this almost every time we visited. we were consistently amazed by it. it's pretty ridiculous to think about now, considering it was just a big speaker phone.

it's even crazier to think that video calling was a central part of the vision of the future in spaceship earth and horizons, and now almost all of us walk around with that technology in our pockets and are thoroughly unimpressed by it haha
