Color changing trees at spaceship

Exactly, there was no response at all necessary, it not what you said or didn't say, it was the third grader type gloating post that does nothing but harbor ill contempt.

The post wasn't intended to doing any thing other laugh at a something I found funny -- and incidentally what did it have to do with you ? (preparing to go the distance with "last word freak" unless thread is closed)

Interestingly enough.. dogs are pointlessly loyal even to abusive owners,

Yes, everyone who knows me can never get over how at the parks I ALWAYS point out how good the lousy Space Mountain paint job looks, how GREAT all the effects in every ride are working, and how FANTASTIC the new DVC "Watergate Resort" and Disney Dining Plan is.

Back on topic, The trees and lighting looks very nice. Funny though, they haven't been turning off during the day, because I've seen them on all the time.

For those looking for video of color-changing trees and sound together, here's two videos that I took on my trip last week. (One I apparently filmed from on top of the same trash can that Horizons1 used for his pics. That's one popular trash can...) :animwink:

As you can see, at least for the time-being they're not in sync with the music at all. And I think the instantaneous color-changes are a bit jarring... Yes, the LED technology allows it, but doesn't mean they HAVE to use it...

Oh, and the tree closest to the camera in the first video was missing a light on the near side. I don't recall checking to see if it was physically there or not, but a few days later it had its second one up and running.

Saw these when I road the preview. Very neat. The same light fixtures were lighting the underside of SSE, though after watching them for a minute or so they never changed colors. Who knows though, might be foreshadowing.
