Coke Vs. Pepsi (Old School)

I don't recall ever having New Coke, however I distinctivly remember the time I tried Crystal Pepsi. I was at a hotel in Colorado on vacation and saw it in a pop machine. I remember begging and begging my mom for a dollar to buy one. She refused to give me the money, claiming that I wouldn't like it. I kept on begging, and eventually I got the money. I tried it and spit it right out. I remember slowly walking my way back to the hotel room with the bottle...wanting to dump it out. It sat in our cooler until we got back to Michigan where my dad found it flat and 9/10th's of the way full.

My vote is for New Coke.

New Coke over Crystal Pepsi, though I dislike both.
Wasn't the whole idea of New Coke to make it taste more like Pepsi? (there is a distinct flavor difference.)

I usually go with Diet Caffeine Free Coke ( I know dirty water), but from a medical standpoint its my choice. I usually avoid Pepsi, but I like the Diet Vanilla Pepsi over Diet Vanilla Coke (no aftertaste).
