codes...how many have you gotten?

You can book up to 3 rooms with your code but the person who the pin codes name is attached to must make the reservation (and deposit).
If it's a package you are booking (you can do room discount and add dining and tickets) it's a 200 dollar deposit. For room only you pay first nights stay.

I have NEVER EVER received a discount code! We also are on every imaginable mailing list and still nothing.
We have signed up for newsletters, websites, DVD's, the customizeable maps, the Disney visa card, the old Disney card(which has since bit the dust),we have entered contests, we have filled out countless survey's (online, on the phone and via mail, even in the Disney theme parks), and I have called to see if there were any codes attached to our name. Still NOTHING!!!

Interesting...never knew about these offers. Hope to get one of them in the future.....maybe I need to start signing up for more Disney related offers, mailing lists, etc.... Right, as if I'd be so lucky to get 40% off!!

:veryconfui like many of you have never recieved a discount code. like many of you im on every mailing list , order the planning dvd every year but no codes.we made ressies for dec this year and i asked how do you get the codes and was told they aer randomly selected off a list of everyone who has ever booked through disney travel.well we have stayed on site every year since 97 and still no codes. i guess my luck is just that bad.:veryconfu

I know, trust me, it came by COMPLETE surprise...for the past few years,
I'd been agonizing over seeing others get these magical codes,
and wondering how I can get on the list.
All I did was the exact same things you guys are doing.
My mom and I do the same things (but she orders a lot more
from disneyshopping.com :lol
, and I got three while she got none.That's why I had to jump on it this year; because even though I'm
giving up seeing Christmas at WDW this year (which I was really looking
forward to), I know this offer will never come my way again.
Hopefully something will come through for you guys :wave:

I received two this year but never had before. The first was for 20% off and the second was for 30% off. I keep hoping I will get the 40%off but I am SO HAPPY with what I have received. I usually do not win things either so this was awesome. I do know what I did differently this year than in the past but I am thankful regardless. :shrug:

We will probably never know the rhyme or reason to who gets these codes. We got one for the first time earlier this year. It was for 40% on Value Resorts and listed several different time periods throughout the entire year. The fine print did also say that it could be applied to other resort levels when you called to book and I believe it said you had to book by some time in March. We weren't going to go this year since we went in October 2007, but at that price we couldn't pass it up. We booked Pop in November.
What is interesting to me, though, is that my parents, sister and sister's boyfriend all went together during our last trip. However, me and sister's boyfriend were the only ones who received a code. We've been several times and it was sister's boyfriends first trip. Go figure.

The funny thing is that i know two people who have never ordered the trip cd, never been to the park, never been on the website, yet they got the offer.
