I'd take Germany. Although I'm not against thrill rides in the least, another mountain coaster just doesn't seem necessary to me. Plus, Germany is one of the least identifiable and/or developed pavilions and could really use something of interest.

Eh....rock and a hard place. Mt. Fuji would seem a bit redundant after Everest. Kinda hard to see that happening.
Rhine River...:snore:...at least in the original concept. A slow boat ride past miniatures? No thanks.

I agree with Merf, Italy is such a unique country and could lend itself to so many cool attractions. A gondola ride through venice, a trip through ancient Rome, etc. etc. The Italy pavilion is severely lacking.

As far as Rhine vs. Fuji, I'd go with Rhine. Even if it is a slow boat ride past mininatures. But then, I like It's A Small World. Even the song.

a cossa nostra hit on the sidewalk, a bung for the cms to secure a table ressy, guests pushing strollers too fast and eraticaly and the compulsory drinking of Barbie cup size coffees.

From a practical standpoint, Italy or Germany makesthe most sense. That is a large dead zone for WS. You have the never-developed Africa area (The Outpost) and no attractions until the AA. And, that is a huge people eater, but it has somewhat limited show times. A nice show-based attraction in Italy or Germany should take precedence. Then, put a thrill attraction into Japan. Just my humble opinion.

Yuck. I forgot about the "miniatures" part. Yeah, that wouldn't play well...to anyone, really, LOL. The idea of a boat ride pleases me, but I guess I wasn't thinking the sights along the way through very well, LOL.

Germany, and, as Merf says, Italy, are just among the more sparse pavilions, and it would be nice to see them looked after. To be honest, Japan looks Japanese...but with Germany especially it's always been so...generic to me I've always wished it had something to stand out.

Like I said, I have no problem with thrill rides, though. And if they could do something unique with Fuji on that side of the park, it would balance things out a bit. Then again, the Canada raft ride would be nice over there too; but with the odd hours of WS I don't know how well that would go (it may make no difference, but it certainly would be a concern).

I just hope they really truly do add the first E-ticket to WS. When I was small, only Mexico had a ride. Then when I was a pre-teen they added Norway, and the rumor (as much as rumors got around before the Internet, I now assume it's wishful thinking) was that Epcot would develop rides across the lagoon. And we've had nothing new in almost two decades.

I can appreciate WS for what it is, but have always thought it could be so much more.
