So there are 4 ideas (and can be in any combination!) In all of these though I have temporarily removed Arabian Coast from consideration (but I will get back to that)

Very rough sketch especially on the left because I came up with another idea as I was doing the first haha

1 - Endor

There was a looping roller coaster concept -- but imagine that as a bike coaster through the trees of Endor

And an Ewok Treehouse since we don't have Swiss Family

2 - Dagobah

A little more budget friendly...but it would be an immersive walkthrough where you train with Yoda and become a Jedi.

The finale is on the water where Luke's X-wing rises out of the swamp as you reach out your hands and use the Force to make it levitate above the water.

3 - Indiana Jones attraction
Something themed around an Arabian Temple maybe? (To blend in the Arabian Coast theme?)

4 - Lost World Expedition - The Search for Tarrant Ramn (@FigmentPigments and @mickeyfan5534 will remember this)
It's an Indiana Jones style S.E.A. inspired river expedition through time. Tarrant Ramn is a S.E.A. member that the ride is based around. Inspired by Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World, he and the guests travel back through time on this Jungle Cruise style expedition to the Land of the Dinosaurs.

Only reason I hesitate on that one is...Geyser Mountain is very similar...but I remember designing that with Figment and mickeyfan last year.

(Me personally I am partial to Endor and Indy) With Dagobah as the alternate for Endor if we want to consider budget (If Endor was the option we'd have 3 E tickets in the same land -- Pirates, Bike Racer, and Indy)

Let me know what you think!:)

Nice choice with Endor. I think we mentioned it before but never thought of it in Adventureland.

I'll be interested in hearing what @JackWatkinson and others opinions are on this tomorrow! (Especially the Star Wars fans:bookworm:) But for now I'm heading to bed.

Night everyone!

I'm not going to turn down Star Wars! ROTJ is my favorite Star Wars but I think i'm the only one. Think giant spiders, treehouse cities and even condor dragons! One thing I didn't quite pick up on was whether this will replace Arabian Coast?

Arabian Coast would be themed to Cario from Indiana Jones and then the Lost Coast would be Endor.

Or any other combination for the 2 areas

Indy/Endor
Indy/Dagobah
Indy/Lost World Expedition
Endor/Dagobah
Lost World Expedition/Endor
Lost World Expedition/Dagobah

I know a lot of people have final exams coming up in a few weeks, AP exams, etc -- so rather than work on elaborate content persay (ride write-ups, restaurant menus, stuff like that)...it would be great if by next Sat/Sun we had a full park line-up and generalized placement of each component of the park.

This was we can outline this park layout and give it to @Imagineerland for the map he graciously offered to do - and that'll give him plenty of time over the next weeks into May in order to do it.

Then we can all focus on the exams/work coming up knowing that the layout is good -- then all we'd need to do after finals is do the details/write-ups for each area, some of which are already complete!

What does everyone think about that?

My goal for today is to come up with some restaurants/shops for Frontierland and combine what we have for Fantasyland/Villains Land.

Tomorrowland/Progressland will be the final ones to tackle:bookworm: But if anyone has any suggestions please feel free to chime in! Any idea is good!
Have we talked about a Peoplemover for Tomorrowland/Progressland yet?

I would talk about my confusion about Star Wars being in Adventureland but if it gets me into some controversy with the Star Wars fans, I'll pass.

I'm with @S.P.E.W on not fully buying Star Wars as an Adventureland subland. Other than jungle aesthetics, it has little to do with Adventureland's concept of Earth's exotic locations. The Star Wars ideas listed are super cool, enough so I think they're better served by a unique land. Wasn't there some talk of a second gate for this resort? I respectfully say we preserve Star Wars for then, where we can do it total justice and not complicate our castle park's theme.

Well I'm not against the ideas for the Star Wars attractions/ minilands, but I'm not sure about having having Star Wars in Adventureland since it is a first.
That's actually what sparked it -- because it hadn't been done before in an Adventureland! Technically when Pirates was placed in WDW's Adventureland it was the first time because in DL it's in New Orleans Square, so basically it had to go under a thematic change to blend in.

The good news I see here is this doesn't need a change, this looks like a new kind of Swiss Family Robinson treehouse

We don't need to include it if the majority doesn't want to. It's just that the ideas we have (Jungle Cruise, Indy, etc) are very repetitive with other Magic Kingdoms which is a negative for me.

I am all for it. We might have to change the backstory for the land as a whole but I think it fits pretty nicely with the theme of Adventure.
I always like making a pros and cons list haha - so we'll do that.

If we can come up with other unique ideas for Adventureland, I wouldn't mind saving Star Wars for another park. But especially with Tom's suggestions, I would like to stray away from repeating as much as possible.

Hmmmm. I could see a Wakanda inspired land from the new Black Panther movie.
