Disney Christmas Wishes
This nighttime spectacular on Castle Stage sees Mickey Mouse making a wish for everyone to share in a moment of peace and love as fairies of winter send him on a journey to discover what magic lies when you wish on a Christmas star

Holiday Fairytale in the Stars
Believe in the magic of the Holidays as Mickey Mouse takes guests on an enchanted journey through the holiday season.

Disneyland Sydney Electrical Parade: Nightfall Christmas
The Disneyland Sydney Electrical Parade: Nightfall Magic takes on a special mood as decorations hang on all the floats while bells and beautiful new orchestrations of Christmas songs are added into the parade loop.

And now I take my leave. I'll lurk around every now and then to keep up but for the most part, I'll be gone until I return from Paris.

I'm gonna get started on some of these while my trip is coming to an end.:D Venice tomorrow and half day Wednesday, back to Paris Wednesday night. Probably Louvre Thursday, back to Disneyland Friday, and I have no clue for Saturday and Sunday

Victoria Creek Rafts
Frontierland
C-Ticket

Synopsis
In Victoria, Australia towards the late 1840s, miners like William Issac struck gold amid the hills and mountains until the next decade when hear-tell of folks in California soon made settlers in Australia, travel east to the US in search of even more gold. William Issac and his mining company moved to the American West to find competition among the settlers, however while the gold had run out by the time Issac reached the West, he found great trading opportunities of fur and wool in the rivers of what he dubbed "Victoria Creek"

Travel with Issac and his team of traders down the tranquil rives of the untamed American west, as you encounter creatures and wildlife among the forests along the way, in addition to some harrowing obstacles that may force you to alter your trade route down some rough waters.

Queue
Entering through the wooden outpost at the edge of the mountain side, you traverse into the rocky entertain surrounded by lush forestation as signs point you to the Victoria Creek dock. The sign above the outpost reads "Downriver Navigation Co." which is run by William Issac along the western rivers of the continental United States. Inside the outpost, you walk past the office of William Issac, with printing press newspapers along the walls depicting the success of his company along the fur trading routes. There is also a cutout of Barnabas T. Bullion, illustrating Issac's disdain for the miner of Big Thunder Mining Co. Their disputes date back to when Issac first settled down in the west, and Bullion tried to dam the rivers in order to supply power for his company. There's even a rumor of Issac being so upset with Bullion that he placed a curse on Big Thunder Mountain with voodoo from the forests of Australia, in a revenge plot to spite Bullion.

Continuing on, the queue winds through the boat docks in the valley between the forested hills. Eventually you end up boarding one of the rafts and sail along a trade route to deliver goods along one of the more rough tracks of Victoria Creek.

Attraction
20150722_151031-1-1-jpg.102405

The ride begins calmly as the trading fur and wool in the back of your cargo boat are nestled safely and your raft sails along the current. You pass by an animatronic black bear on your right side scurrying for food, as well as some deer nestled on the left side of the raft. Sounds of the forest envelope you and the guests on the raft, as you can hear birds chirping, leaves wrestling in the distance, and can smell the dense forest around you. Approaching more rough waters, one of Bullion's dams forces you to go to the right hand side along the more rapid current, bumping and rocking the boat as it makes the sharp turn towards a new route.

On this route, you can hear the growl of a mother bear trying to protect her cubs, as your boat approaches a bear cove. The river current becomes rapid once more and out of the trees you see a large animatronic bear growling at you as you sail past at a more quick pace. The river dips a bit and you avoid the claw of the momma bear, and splash down below. Some rocks and impediments make the journey a bit tough to navigate, but after deciding to return back to the Downriver Navigation Co. boat dock to escape any more danger, meet Issac in a boat to your left and he directs you back towards the outpost. Disgruntled, but relieved that we are save from the harrowing adventure, Issac knows for sure that Bullion was behind this act, and he admits there may be a curse on Big Thunder as revenge.

Your boats reach the dock and you disembark towards the outpost exit and back to Frontierland proper. Near Victoria Creek Rafts are two quaint areas, a quick service venue and shop, with a similar wilderness theme named Bear Crossing and Pine Creek Souvenirs respectively.

A small walk up venue serving the 'bear' minimum in food quantity. Bear Crossing is a quick stop on the go cart in the middle of the Frontierland forest that serves Wilderness Turkey Legs, Buffalo Wings, Waffle Fries, and an assorted mix of soft drink options.

Along Victoria Creek is a fraction of the main river line known as Pine Creek, which is famous for offering wilderness explorers a haven to find a variety of 'hunting' gear, clothes, and protection in the vast forest of the American West. Inside the shop, guests can select from a variety of authentic Frontierland merchandise, as well as some commodities that are only found at Pine Creek such as specific 'trading pins' authentic to Pine Creek and Victoria Creek Rafts.

Nature's Wonderland Walking-Trail
B-Ticket

Towards the Western River Expedition entrance and flowing from the colorful town of Rainbow Ridge in Frontierland proper, trek into the Thunder Mesa mountain range and into the luminescent canyons of Nature's Wonderland.

Inside the canyon you can walk through the winding pathways separated by sprinking rainbow colored water and glowing lights guiding you around on your adventure. If you listen closely, you'll be able to hear the Armadillo from Western River Expedition singing in the background, echoing throughout the colorful canyons.

Continuing on further into the mountain, you may even catch a glimpse of boats traveling through the mountain side (the attraction of Western River), and the roaring thunderous sounds of a runaway mine train careening around a curve above you.

Barbary Coast Ship Dock Walk-Through
B-Ticket
(image to come)

Acting as a transition from Pacific Wharf into Frontierland and Big Thunder Mountain will be a walk-through Barbary Coast Ship, docked on the shores as it would be decades ago during the early 20th century.

Blending in with the story of 1905 San Francisco, and the post-Transcontinental Railroad Western Frontier, as you walk through the ship you'll notice small little easter eggs, in particular to Mary Oceaneer, as perhaps this might have been one of her vessels that she sailed the seas with and is docked in Frontierland, maybe for a drink at the Timber Peak Saloon, or for a S.E.A. meeting at Club 32 along the shores of Pacific Wharf.

The story is very open ended but one thing is for sure that there is a ton to see on this old fashioned ship docked as a transition between the two lands.

The Tall Timber Inn presents:

Quick Service/Bar
Art Credit: @Jsly
Story/Menu Credit: @Poe Dameron / @FigmentPigments

The owner, Ranger Roger, opened the hotel in 1860, to harbor lumberjacks, miners, and railroad workers for a weekend getaway. Legend has it that The Tall Timber Inn was a bustling hotel, but one night it was ambushed by invaders and all the guests perished, including Ranger Roger. The Tall Timber Inn was closed for a period of time, before opening up recently. While mining in the mountains, Diego Steel, brought back an unknown golden relic buried underground, and not knowing what to do with it, left it inside The Tall Timber Inn. When he placed it on the table, he turned around to find the abandoned Inn was full of ghostly life. Initially scared, Diego soon realized that all the ghosts were happy, mostly drunk, and could also communicate with him. Diego then reopened the hotel as a nightlife bar and entertainment area, where people would come to be serviced by the ghosts of Tall Timber Inn.

Upon entering the Tall Timber Inn, there are two floors. On the first floor to the left is the bar area and on the right is a staircase to the upstairs seating. Three large western chandeliers hang from the ceiling. In front is a stage and in the center is the first floor seating. Around the first floor are the remnants of The Tall Timber Inn when it was a hotel, scantily crossed out. Perched atop of the bar is Diego's relic.

In this large general store, it is a makeshift emporium for wilderness/frontier gear and merchandise. You can purchase your own Davy Crockett rifle (play rifle that is) as well as an eclectic variety of nature oriented art and apparel. The facades of the Rainbow Ridge shops add a great aesthetic to the location and also act as a transition from and into Nature's Wonderland as well as Western River Expedition.

Hmm...I wanna leave some room for @Brer Oswald 's touches on Splash Mountain - but at least we got the general concept art taken care of for it:)

As for Big Thunder it's hard to describe a coaster in words...so maybe I'll just write up a queue description for it and if anyone has planet coaster would they like to take a crack at it?

Seems like Big Thunder translates very well to that platform (if only mine worked!:p)

Maybe you can describe the layout instead? Example: The first lift hill in the rainbow caverns; after guests board the coaster and the safety spiel plays, the trains roll into the tunnel ahead (wether the tunnel is like that of WDW's or Paris' and California's version is still up for deciding) where the guest are engulfed by the darkness of the tunnel, the only sounds are the wheel turning of the coaster and the sound of a waterfall getting louder as the train goes further in. Then suddenly the train rolls into a chamber surrounded by an array of lights. One thing guests will immediately find once on the chamber lift hill is a series of kaleidoscopic pools on both sides, with an abounded rock filled mine cart on a single piece of track and mining tools near a dead campfire on the left hand side, and on the walls (still on the left hand side) eagle-eyed (no pun intended) guest can spot a cave painting of a large eaglelike figure; its massive wings spread out with lightning flashing and what appears to be rain falling from it back. As the train nears the top, mist from the waterfall cascading on opposite sides above the track shrouds some of the riders until finally the train exits the caverns and makes a sharp right (or left like the other copies) turn and the roller coaster goes on a wild ride.
