Her hands look giant.

You know what they say about big hands...

wow, that looks really cool. In the "close" picture, it looks like she's been making circles around the tallest spire and she's stopping at the top there to look at everybody. Very nicely done, I'm impressed. Can't wait to see it in person.

hehe don't worry, Tink wears leotard/bloomers thingy under her dress(or it's part of the outfit)--she falls over in Peter Pan, and you can clearly see it

I actually really like the gold--it's purdy :D

I'd say Tink is about 4'5" to 5'. How do I know? Simple.

Last time I was in Disney, my fist day at the Magic Kingdom there was a bunch of crows sitting on Tinks wire for Wishes. I looked at them and notcied that compared to the crows, the garagoyles were about 3 feet lond, and considering that you can see that Tink is approximately 4'5" tall.

:D

WOAH! Tinks a little creepy up close like that! Does she fly for the finale and does she light up, those look like lights on the stem.

Does Tink still fly at night?

welcome to the boards, new kid. there has been much discussion of this lately. we have established that she went a few nights without flying due to rough weather (she did not fly in monday night's wishes). but when i watched wishes again on wednesday (i never get tired of wishes!) she did fly, only her dress and wings did not light up like they usually do. i can't think of a reason for that.:lookaroun

aaack why does tink look possessed??!?! wendy and peter too!

That, and a whole ton of other things...

I've held my tounge on it thus far, but the more pictures I see of the castle the more sad I get. Not so sad for myself (though when I visit next month I will miss the clean lines of the castle as I walk up Main Street for the first time), but because I'm taking my niece this fall for her first time ever. I wish she could see the classic castle, but that's not going to happen. :(

It just looks...tacky. Not birthday-cake tacky, but gold lame' "Golden Girls" banquet dresses from the 80's tacky. And not in a charmingly nostalgic way like the "Golden Girls", LOL.

I'm just of the school that you shouldn't mess with the Castle. It's a beautiful hunk of fiberglass that has inspired millions of people and serves as a touchstone for everything Disney. I'm not one of those people that hates change at WDW unilaterally- but the Castle just doesn't need all these glorified lawn ornaments to dazzle anyone.

I can't imagine a guest has ever gone to WDW and said, "Ugh, same old castle?"

Thanks for letting me rant...I feel better - sort of. :(
