Ummm...actually it's false that the rumor about the MI coaster is false. It's true that it was true, at one point, before becoming only partially true and a tiny bit false.

I'm glad this died a quick death.... I think there would have been a more literal movement to brandish the torches and pitchforks on Eisner if this did go through.
I am sure Martin and/or Lee can confirm or deny but it is my understanding that had the structure of SSE been able to take the forces of a roller coaster this might have actually happened.

I'm fairly certain it was an actual "roller coaster", but it was some sort of high-speed ride for sure.
The name "Time Racers" has also caused some confusion. I heard at one point that it was to be the name of a post-show for the new ride, not the ride itself. Heard both ways, actually.:shrug:
Somebody around here claimed a while back to have some art of the new ride. Never saw it, and don't remember who that was.

Yeah, that article from Jim is several years old. That park layout with the Gemini overlays has been around forever.
I was saying that someone here said they had some Time Racers art. THAT I'd like to see.

How about the rumor that the bus crashes will result in the completion of the monorail system to all parks, resorts, and DTD, and Disney just ordered 36 Mark VIII trains from Bombardier to operate the new system. :drevil:
Or that we need scores of redundant news updates and aerial camera shots of the accident scenes to reach these erroneous conclusions?
