Citizens of Hollywood in the rain?

Was just wondering what the COH do if they've started one of their outdoor 'skits' and it starts to rain? I'd imagine the wigs and makeup don't hold up too well in a downpour so do they continue regardless or make their apologies and leave?

As an aside on one visit to the studios one a day of heavy rain I did see Evie Starlight and Jack Diamond standing like statues near the entrance to the Tower of Terror (not the queue entrance but rather the actual 'hotel' entrance where the A/C kicks in so they were undercover)

Generally they’d try not to start a sketch if rains coming in. Obviously not every rainstorm is trackable but they do their best.

the rain locations are the exit hallway and shop of TOT and Brown Derby for sure.

Back when the Hollywood Public Works guys were still around, I saw them in the lounge by Prime Time when it was raining

If conditions are favorable they’ll try to operate as normal, with rain downing a skit or bit if it starts during it.
However if it’s already raining or looks like it might they’ll go to their rain locations which can consist of Brown Derby, the ToT lobby, exit hallway, and some other parts of the line.
