Is it too early to make reservations NOW to eat breakfast at Cinderella's Castle sometime between 9/12 and 9/17? I always try like 1 month before I go and they are ALWAYS booked! I definitely want to eat there this time around.
Thanks!

The earliest that a ressie for Cinderella's Castle is accepted is EXACTLY 90 days prior to your desired date and start calling at 6:59 and a half minutes EST to get into the queue for dining. Keep hitting redial if you get the message that dining is closed. Always dial 1-407 WDW-DINE, have a major credit card ( as they will require a deposit of $10.00 per adult I am not sure if there is a deposit needed for children). I would advise calling for EVERY Mornning of your stay as it is really tough to get this reservation. For example say you want the Castle for 9/16/05, Id call for the mornings of the 13th first. If I get that one, I stop and just try again on the specific date if needed. If you get both days be sure to cancel the one you dont really want to avoid having a penalty on your credit card!!!! You have till 48 hours prior to the day of the ressie to cancel this with a full refund. Belle

These are great, but if I may, let me add a couple more tips...

Call 407-WDW-DINE the evening before and write down you responses to the computers questions, (these questions do change often.) This is so you can enter them as quickly as they are asked the following morning. PLEASE enter your correct home phone number when asked.

When you reach a Disney Dinning Agent, simply say "Cinderella, party of XX, first available please" Always give your TOTAL party size, including infants, regardless of age. If you arrive with more people then on your PS the extra guest can not be seated. If you arrive with less people your deposit for them can not be returned.

When you call at 7 AM, the agent will already know what date you want, and most likely have Cinderella's Royal Table up on their screen when you are connected. Every second counts, and the tables are dissappearing before the agents eyes, so please don't specify a time.

The deposit requirement is $10 per adult (12+) and $5 per child (3-9)
The person named on the Priority Seating must attend with Photo ID

Hope this Helps! :sohappy:

Lunch & Dinner

Wow, this is very competetive! I have a question to add. Are lunch and dinner reservations at the castle as hard to come by as breakfast? Do I need to go through this whole routine?

Not in my experience. On my honeymoon (in October 1999) my husband and I simply went up to the CM in the castle in the afternoon and got our names down for dinner that night with no problem. But just to be safe maybe call a couple weeks in advance to make priority seating.

It's only the breakfast that is crazy. I have no desire to go to that breakfast LOL.

Lunch isn't all that difficult to book at all. Dinner is a little more so. But, neither of these meals are as popular in the castle as breakfast, because Cinderella DOES NOT appear at any meal except breakfast.

Another Princess option is the Princess Storybook Breakfast at Restaurant Akershus in Norway. I believe the Princesses appear at all 3 meals there now, as well.

Great, thank you all again for your help. I think I will probably just go with dinner at Cinderella's. I do want to try a princess meal, but seeing as how I am 24 and my sister is 21, I think we will survive without the princesses. I would feel slightly bad beating out a five year old for a reservation. :)

Heck I don't!!! I have my calendar marked when I can call and make PS's for breakfast at CRT!!! I'm just as enamored with the Princesses (or with Prince Charming :lookaroun ) as a 5 year old!!!

I wish they had all of this cool Princess stuff when I was younger! I feel like I missed out somehow! Perhaps I will book the breakfast after all.....We did do it once actually, when I was younger. My father just laughed at Peter Pan the entire time. It wasn't a pretty site.

Here's a crazy thought...

...Wouldn't it be in Disney's best interest to make EVERY meal a Character meal here?

It seems to me that it's almost impossible for people to get in for breakfast because everyone wants the meet and greet with Cinderella.

Why not put characters in EVERY meal...they are bound to still be full and yet there wouldn't be this madness over trying to get a Breakfast PS.

Just my thoughts

Already done in Norway!!!! This is a sound idea and has been proposed here many times!!! I imagine at some point they may consider it!!! Although I kinda enjoy the dinner there being a more quiet type of meal!!! Belle

I did Cindy's Breakfast year with a party of 6. It was great! I went to school a little later than usual the morning I called, jsut to be safe. Also, when calling, have as many people with you calling at the same time. My mom used our house phone, and my dad and I both used our cell phones. We got it the first morning we tried. Good Luck!

The Cinderella breakfast is so worth going to, don't worry about the 5 year olds, you're entitled to enjoy the Princess & Princes too. I've been to both Norway and the Cinderella breakfast and prefer Cinderella's, I think the food is better there and besides, it is the only place to get the fried cheese danish. The Crystal Palace is excellent too, love the breakfast lazanga which more like a mixed berry cobbler. You can never go wrong with having a dessert with breakfast!!! If you want to do something with the princesses, you might want to consider dinner with Cinderella over at the Grand Floridian. I haven't done that yet, so can't comment on the food.

Does anyone know what the lunch and dinner food is at Norway? My family is not very adventurous. Boo to them.
Currently it is pretty Norweigan type stuff and will be once the Princess meals are instituted for the adults. The children will be served American type food. For a more comprehensive menu check out our friend Deb Wills' Website www.allearsnet.com
Menu for dinner in Norway is here: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menu_nor.htm
The lunch menu has been removed so I cant point you in that direction. Please remember in April the whole set up will change so this may not be representative of the food types that will be offered then. Belle

is there a limit as to how big your party can be? Would 15 be too many?
No there isnt a limit but you should call Group Dining directly as opposed to the regular Dining line as they cant do parties above 11 people. Belle
