Cinderella's Castle... how many versions has it been through

I really liked the cake one.

when the castle was all bright white it seemed to look alot closer to that of the castle in Cinderella as it does now.

I have never understood why people get so upset over something that is temporary......of course, many of these same people would call Disney "cheap" if they did nothing....so it is a lose-lose situation.

The castle at DLP has seen different versions, which seem to be nice.......the castle is much nicer than Cinderella Castle anyway.....

Well, I didn't like it, and I sure as heck would have hated it even more if my first trip to WDW was during that year.

The way I think of it is being able to experience a version of the castle you won't see again. How many people can say they got to see that "cake castle" in person? Not many I would think. So I'm glad I got to see it the one time I was at WDW that year. I'm sure the average guest didn't mind and if they're fortunate they were able to see it before or see it after.

Then again, what do I know...

the first time i went to WDW, the castle was half pink and had a crane stuck over it :S not that i can really remember it lol, but from the pics, it wasnt that pretty.

They should have Cinderella Castle like SB castle for Christmas...give it a winter theme. The Cindy Castle in tokyo is gorgeous when it snows...I really want to go lol!

I think the Castle Cake would have looked better with a less pepto-bismol colored pink, and more of a lighter colored pink like DL's castle is. That hideous pink was really what turned me off.

DLP's castle looks awesome from all the pictures I have seen.

All they did is throw toilet paper all over the castle when Stitch opened. But I'll try to find it.
