Walt Disney Resorts on Thursday, Jan. 25, a new era in Disney history begins.

The long-awaited and much anticipated CINDERELLA CASTLE SUITE is unveiled.

For the first time ever, guests will have a chance to spend the night in this royal suite, located inside Cinderella Castle and 4-stories above the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

It's the world's most exclusive resort room that doesn't take reservations. Guests are randomly selected each day during the Year of a Million Dreams Celebration to spend the night in the Cinderella Castle Suite.

Expect local and national media outlets to show the beautiful inside of the suite come Thursday morning, starting at 6am eastern time.

I believe the actual first guest is tied to a contest that GMA has been running since they first broadcast the Kickoff of the YOMD in October. They announced the contest during the interview with the Spangler family that morning.

I've got my computer set to record GMA all those days and will upload video of whatever segments they have as soon as I have them

Tune into Good Morning America on Thu, Jan 25, as they televise exclusively from inside the Cinderella Castle Suite, as part of the Year of a Million Dreams Press Event!

The segment will run sometime between 8 and 9am in case you want to set your own VCRs/DVRs for Thursday Morning.

How will they select the people? will they do it buy computer and the park tickets? also would a couple ever get selected to stay there or a typical family of 2 adults and 2 or 3 kids? what about families with 4 or 5+? I take they probably wouldnt get chosen since it looks like there are only 2 king size beds.

The rumor that I heard (and I reiterate, RUMOR!) is that a celebrity will be staying in the suite on the night of the 24th, and will be helping to unveil it on GMA and/or The View on the 25th. I was also told the name of the celebrity, but I'm waiting to see if that one is true!

My guess would be Julie Andrews, since she was in the TV musical of Cinderella (way back when) and has great ties with Disney (Princess Diaries movies). But that's just my guess.
