Cinderella Castle Suite staying open in 2009

Good to hear. I hope they still give it out as a random prize daily.
We spent a lot of time in the parks for the year (s) of a million dreams and never got one little one. It is nice to think we still have a slight chance at the castle.
It was a fun idea, but they marketed it to make you think everyone would get something (at least little) and it didn't seem that noticeable to me.

the plan is not to give it out as a random daily prize anymore, but to use it for sweepstakes (which there are plenty of)--no more Dream Squad.Good to hear. I hope they still give it out as a random prize daily.

This is shocking ... totally ... in the same kinda way the wand over SSE staying up after the Millennium Celebration ended ('due to guests demand') or the BAH staying at TPFKaTD-MGMS after the 100 Years of Walt The Dead Guy ended.
This decision was made, I dunno, ... likely around the time the go ahead to build the suite was!

I felt the exact same way! Sure, I respect Walt's legacy, and I know he was a genius that groups of overpaid executives haven't been able to match; but he was a man, not a god.

Not sure if anyone has seen it, but I posted a series of extensive pictures from the inside of Cinderella Castle, courtesy of friends of a friend who won it last Sept. They also scanned everything that they could take back with them, so you also get to see the stationary, door hanger, etc.
