I'm not noticing any difference between the dimmed and default and it is BRIGHT.

Is it possible to go dimmer? There isn't much of a difference for me.
Also, Liquid + Dimmer would be great!

Yep I understand this can be an issue. Typically, I think most users are better being placed into the mobile version on their iOS devices. Trying to run the full site on 3G is no picnic. But I understand there are times when you may be on WiFi, or just want the full site on the iPhone. I'll be looking into how we can accommodate this.

Agree. Really like the dimmed version!

I too notice no difference between the default and dimmed. I am using liquid cause I prefer the whole browser space to be taken up. If Steve could bring the light blue color back everything would be perfect. We're at about 97% now, just missing the light blue background.

The dimmed version basically takes the areas to the left of your avatar and the right of the posting box and turns them a light shade of grey. You may have the contrast or display settings on your monitor set at level where you can not see the difference.

It also moves the main content area to an "off-white".

Yep, just switched back and forth between the two and noticed that.

You cant view posts by a specific user by going to their profile - (click on their avatar). e.g. http://forums.wdwmagic.com/members/cbomb.40854/
You can then see their posts.

Or, go up to the search box, and do a search by member name.

Steve I guess I'm just to dumb to figure this new setup out. The link you provided takes me back to the first page of this thread. I can't find anywhere it allows me to choose dimmer. Nor can I find where to quote a post, and what the heck is a trophy point?

I feel like I've been propelled into an alternative Universe!

To change your style, go to the bottom left corner, and click on where it says "WDWMAGIC Default Style" - it will then launch the style picker for you to make a selection.

To quote a post, just find the post you want to quote, and click on POST REPLY. It will put the quote there for you.
