Okay, other than the love of my life, my bf Jason, the second love of my life is my beautiful car, cherrynegra. This is the REAL cherrynegra. One year ago today she came into my life, and it's been a love affair ever since. I decided to take the day off from work and spend time with my lovely cherry. I took her to get washed, and then we went for a drive around my neighborhood taking pictures.

First, I took her to the beach and took photos of her with her birthday cake and candle. I can't believe she's one years old already!! They grow up so quickly!!

Stopped for coffee at Java Beach which is our neighborhood coffee house. Their phrase is, "Last stop for coffee before Japan." They're right on the beach.

If we had a beach here in SE Michigan I could drive on, I would take my car!! I have a 1998 Olds Intrigue. My hubby ( :drevil: ) says I need to start thinking about saying good-bye because she will not pull the boat HE wants to get.

He has a 2002 Ford F-150 that he is lowering next weekend. And he is not sure that it will pull the boat he wants (even if not lowered). I guess I better get used to seeing the road from a new level. (Or get used to seeing the road at all, since in my car I cannot see past an SUV! :hammer: )

Not exactly sure what my next vehicle will be, except some kind of SUV.
