check in credit allowance

I was wondering if anyone knows the check in policy for the moderates. My wife & I are planning to stay at the CBR in a few weeks & I was curious to know what amount they give you as a "credit" on your room key. When you reach this amount, you simply pay it & then they re-credit your room key. As I recall, in the past, a certain amount of "credit" was given for the value resorts, which I believe is different from the deluxe resorts. So, I assume the moderates allow a diffrent amount as well. Just curious. Thanks for the feed back!

I stayed at All Star a few years ago and I went over the 500 the first day and did not have any issues. IT was dinner and a Cell I had shipped home to a friend.

I have heard about the credit limits on here, but I have never heard anything about it when I actually got to the resort. Staying at Port Orleans once we charged over 1000 worth of tickets in one minute and we were still able to use the card the rest of our trip.

From my understanding, it isn't so much a "limit" as it is a charge-in value. IIRC, the "limit" as people are calling it is the amount that, after that much is accumulated, will be charged to your credit card. So basically, if your "limit" is $1000, when you accumulate $1000 worth of charges, your credit card will be charged a one time charge of $1000 (instead of many charges for each purchase you make at WDW). So, you are not limited to $1000 as long as your credit card has available credit. Instead, your card will be billed in increments of $1000 or a final lesser value at the time of checkout if you do not reach the $1000 amount.
Maybe someone in guest services can elaborate or specify...
