If you are a frequent visitor to WDW like me, then you are on the hunt for a deal on park hopper tickets. Since I book my own travel and lodging, I buy my park tickets separately. By doing it this way, I find I can save quite a bit of cash. Probably, if you are traveling with a larger group, this might not be the best option for you.
I have purchased my hopper tickets (non expiring) from undercover tourist for three times. Each time I bought 10 day tickets and have alot of tickets stock piled for future use. By doing this, I can avoid price increases and since I know I will use them in the future, this plan works for me.
If you subscribe to the Mousesavers newsletter, there is a special link for additional discounts on resort tickets from undercover tourist. I just bought two more tickets (10 day park hopper with no expiraton) for $440 each. Since there is no tax or shipping, I saved about $160 for two tickets (a $78 discount per ticket) over the gate price at WDW.
Strangely, before the last price increase, these tickets came to $909... but this time they were $880. I figure $44.00/day is a pretty good deal unless you have and annual pass which, depending on use, can be cheaper.
Anyway... this was just a suggestion for those hunting for cheaper tickets. If you have found a better way, good for you and be sure to share with the WDWmagic gang.
