Go with Belle on this one. Disney really doesn't discount tickets for the general public. They do offer discounted tickets for FL residents, and sometimes they offer Canada at Par Tickets (Canadians pay the US price in Canada dollars)
From experience working in CRO, (Disney's Central Reservations) I can tell you that most tickets you see at a discount are too good to be true. They are usually tickets that are stolen, or already used. When you get to the gates, you will have to purchase new tickets.
I am sure that everyone will back me up on this one, ONLY buy your Disney passes through a legit ticket agent such as Kingdom Konsultants, Maple Leaf Tickets, AAA, or directly from Disney. If you are offered a pass that may have been used, don't buy it. Passes these days have the guests name on them, they are also linked to the finger scan and without an ID to match the name on the pass, they are useless. As always, if it seems to good to be true, it usually is.
Have a great trip!!!!!
