Characters in Tomorrowland?

I was just thinking about it, and in my three most recent trips to WDW, I haven't seen meet and greet characters (with the exception of party nights) in Tomorrowland. Are there ever any there?

I would love to have a picture of "Space" Mickey and Goofy in front of Space Mountain such as this:

Well "Technically" The only Space versions you'll see them is in there ISTC uniforms at Epcot...

Yeah Buzz is always hanging out in the queue line for COP and I am always saddened to see more people interested in seeing a man dressed up in a costume than one of Walt's original rides:brick:

THATS A COSTUME NOT THE REAL BUZZ??!?!?!?!?!

But come on, if u have a 5 year old, whats he/she going to be more interested in seeing a ride that is badly rated or a super popular character thats in some of the best pixtar films?

There are only 2 characters currently meeting in Tomorrowland- Buzz and Stitch.

Well "Technically" The only Space versions you'll see them is in there ISTC uniforms at Epcot...

not even these. these two costumes that Mickey and Goofy wear have been retired from regular daily meet and greets.

Not to say that they won't return, They left shortly before the windows were opened at Character spot.

Jim Hawkins and B.E.N. used to appear there but they were retired back in 2003.
