The dwarfs are OK and mostly still on-point. Max on the other hand definately needs an updateDon't forget the Seven Dwarfs who hadn't changed since late 1981/1982 (Besides Dopey who gained his current design around 1991)

I'm so glad I'm not the only person who really likes Max's design post Goofy Movie which even carried over to the House Of Mouse with it comes to his hair. The current Max design now looks more dated due to it being designed during the days when Max Goof was still a child.Wow, thread from the dead!
Did they ever try running a version of Max that more closely resembles his movie designs, with the jeans and hoody? I feel like today that design would be more recognizable to most guests.
Just need a more movie accurate clothing design. The dwarfs are OK and mostly still on-point. Max on the other hand definately needs an update
Jafar is still costume but a face character as of the Hocus Pocus stage show. But yeah, Geppetto needs an update.Geppetto's pretty bad. Genie maybe? What's Jafar these days? Is he costume or face?
I wonder if Scrooge will be updated to better resemble the new Ducktales version?
Of course the worst offenders, IMO are most of the Pixar ports. The Toy Story characters need a major face lift before roaming the streets of DHS. Jessie looks constipated. Buzz, looks like a villain and Woody just looks stoned. The Incredibles gang are hit or miss. But the same can be said for most CGI characters, the exceptions being Mike and Sully from Monster's Inc and possibly the best CGI to costume character designs in Russell, Dug and Mr. Fredrickson from UP!
