My opinion on the whole Characters in Flight. Sorry, WDW Management, but you've killed DTD, and this certainly isn't going to help my opinion.

I agree...$16 for 6 minutes. Not a good value for a family. Wonder if they have special pricing for guys who want to propose to their significan others or special Illuminations flights. That's where I can see the value of a hot air balloon in WDW. Also the fact that its tethered makes it a snooze. I have had the pleasure of ballooning over the Valley of the Kings in Egypt and over the serenghetti in Kenya, and over Paris. So going up tied to a rope is no thrill for me. Bring back the Adventurers Club.

Hear Hear!!! Besides the AMC Theaters, re-opening the AC is the only thing that'll get me to spend money at DTD again.

The amount of people walking through Downtown Disney is crazy but whats even crazier is there are not a lot of shopping bags in peoples hands. So people are walking around looking for a place to go after tehy eat at T-Rex or Rainforest or somewhere. Even if they just opened up the club as a bar with light snacks during the week and opening it up on the weekends with the full show would be better than an empty building with some clown out there doing bad party tricks.

I hear ya. But I don't think Disney is smart enough to realize that, well that and they have too much pride to say they screwed up. I mean the folks at Disney had to have seen the huge amount of people who showed up for the final night of PI. I myself stood in for 3 1/2 hours just to get in. I see it this way, if they are going to hang onto their pocketbooks so much that the only new attraction they'll open to compete with Harry Potter world is a glorified karaoke show, then I can't see them re-opening any of the clubs.
