No need to shout.
7 dwarfs, pretty much a guarantee, as they are pretty popular, lines can be an hour long to meet them. Villains really only do a short session after the Villains Mix and Mingle show, and I believe its pictures only, no autographs. A list from last year can be found here -> http://unofficialdisneycharacterhun.../2011/09/mnsshp-2011-character-locations.html But until the party actually happens, everything is subject to change.

No Stitch Elvis that I remember, but last year most of all the villains were out. I have actually met all of them.

But that was 2 years ago, they may have more characters
I went in 2010 and no dwarfs...they are at MVMCP, and didn't see stitch as elvis, but I saw all the villains no captain jack

Dwarfs are usually over by Splash Mountain, but as others said, have a pretty lengthy queue. If you wish to meet them, I recommend lining up early. Last we got in line at 6:30, they came out promptly at 7, and we met them by 7:15. By the time we were finished, the line to meet them stretched all the way back up the stairs by the entrance to Splash.
Jack Sparrow was found in Adventureland last year, and also had a lengthy line all night.
The villains, including Maleficent, do a short set after the Mix 'n Mingle. If you want to meet Maleficent, her queue line forms before the show starts. Last year it was all the way to the left (if you're facing the castle). You could also meet Jafar and Gaston separately in the hub.
There was no Stitch dressed as Elvis.

Thanks for the tips! I definitely want to meet the Dwarves, and my friend is going as Maleficent, so she will be a must-do as well. We are going in September, so I'm hoping for really low crowds that night!!

Wow!! I can honestly say I've never seen him in that outfit. It does look like he's at the dance party, though. I wonder what year that photo was taken?

Stitch as Elvis was at the dance party in Cosmic Rays last year. Also, as others have stated all 7 dwarves are out by Splash Mountain, but definitely get there early (at least 30 mins). We met Dr. Facilier, Captain Hook, and the Queen of Hearts after the Villains castle show (no autographs, just pictures). There were a few other villains there too from the show.

Stitch was dressed as 626 at the dance party last year. The only time ive seen him aa Elvis was at the 2011 princess half

Oh man maybe it was in 2007 that we saw him, oh dear they are all starting to run together it seems! I have a pic so i know he was there!!
Also, to the OP I remembered we saw Jasmine and Genie in Adventureland near Magic Carpets of Aladdin

Yes, there has been an Elvis Stitch but not at MNSSHP. Elvis Stitch appeared at the 2010 Princess Half Marathon around mile 6.5.
