Characters at Epcot

This is from last Saturday at Epcot. Cue the "No characters at Epcot" crowd.

Queen of Hearts terrorizing kids

Big Al somewhere near the USA pavilion asking directions back to MK

Alice was giving these kids a real hard time. Hilarious!

Left & right: Our Segway tour guides during the Italy break.
I'm bad with names but I think the guy on the right is Elton. Try to get him for a tour.
He is very entertaining and knows everybody in the park.
We started late so we got a FastPass and extra riding time!

I'm sorry, but I LOVE Tronorail!

Nearly every time you see a character at Epcot that looks a little out of place they are usually in training. Knowing that, it's easy to see a little nervousness.

I agree - Elton is amazing! He always has a smile on his face - would brighten my day every time I'd see him.

I've actually never seen the Queen of Hearts in Epcot before! Alice is a regular I think, in the UK!?!

I've certainly never seen the Queen of Hearts in Epcot either.

Both Alice and Mary Poppins (in her white "sidewalk chalk" dress) are regulars in the UK, yes.

The only character that I recall seeing in EPCOT in recent years is Alice. She was just outside the entrace to Character Connection.

I've seen a bunch of oddly placed characters in the hallway next to the exit of Club Cool. I've met characters like Belle and Stitch there, and I believe they recently had Tiana and Naveen in there too.

I like the appropriately themed characters in World Showcase (Mulan and Mushu in China, Cinderella in France, etc), but for the most part, characters in Future World are just weird.

Alice does not seem to be out of place to me in England. Seems like she fits in there ok. I understand she would be better place in fantasyland maybe, but I am ok with her being in England.

Alice does make appearances in Fantasyland every day as well, specifically near the Mad Tea Party, along with the White Rabbit.
