I was talking to a friend that's a CM character attendant. She was telling me how specific the physical requirements are to play characters, even mask characters. She only told me a few and I don't really talk to her anymore. Does anyone know what they are?


She told me that Phocahantas has to be, like, 6ft tall and a certain physique which is why she isn't seen often, not many women fit that bill.

I don't remember the rest.

That's a pretty cool list WDWfqntflyer! I'm 5'8 - there's nobody I'd be super excited to play from it. The only thing I've ever heard was that Princesses are 5'3-5'7, and that was from our tour guide on Keys to the Kingdom. I don't know how accurate it is - although I did get my picture w/ a sleeping beauty once who was taller than me!

You got a bit of dodgy info there. Pocahontas is definitely not 6ft tall and she isn't rare either, she's out very day at Animal Kingdom for meet and greets.

Is height the only dimension specified?

My (at the time) 5 year old really liked a particular Jasmine who bent over to say "hi" to him!

I dunno. lol. I would think a certain physical shape would be required for certain rolls. I actually wondered if they try to look for small chested princesses since they are often drawn without much. :shrug: Or do they have to be a certain clothes size or do they have the costumes in several sizes?
