Hi Folks,
Just a question for the character experts or the people who work at Disney, I was wondering what "characters in bloom weekend" is at EPCOT and what characters usually appear (possibly the hard to find ones)? Thanks in advance. Jason

I'm no character expert, but maybe it has to do with the Flower and Garden Festival.

I know that 1 year that Thumper came out. But that was in 2004. 2 years ago. Last year I didn't hear or see him there.

I think last year they had some of the characters from Fantasia out (like the hippos)

Whoa, judgeing from the posts I see already, there must be a wide variety of characters I've never seen before...

Anyway, a double decker bus goes around Epcot with tons of characters on it. Just to name a few: Goofy, Max, Rabbit, Robin Hood, Baloo, exc.; Although I dunno if the bus goes around Epcot anymore, since I haven't seen it in quite some time.

A shame as it was fun when it would come out, the music would play, and the characters would be about for a short time outside.

Why did the bus leave? The last time I saw it was July 2005 in the morning... there weren't many people around and they stopped right where my family was. Pretty fun!

I wish the bus would come back because it was the only place you could hear my absolute favorite Disney song, "Dancin' (A Catchy Rhythm)" here in the states.

MK should seriously consider using this song (or similar) in their afternoon parade. I bought the CD from DLP when I went in 2000 and listened to that song nonstop for over an hour. It is brilliantly silly and fun.
