I think the biggest issue is the board is currently made up of retail and tech executives and there's no one with entertainment or creative experience.

Being creative helps but I don’t think Iger needed to be Creative. He is a very clever businessman who has set up Disney for the next 100 years and I think we owe him a lot for that.

He could easily put more creative people in place for the parks but instead just decided to be cheap for Parks and Resorts
