He's probably throwing up in a corner somehere about this deal as all Disney fans should be. This deal will suck the last remaining elements of Disney out of Disney and Disney will just be a brand to be shopped out to the highest bidder like RCA, Westinghouse, Seth Thomas and Bell & Howell all of which were proud companies which built innovative high quality products but are now just shells to be used to stick a label on generic crap.
