I wonder if their waterproofing withstood Ian?To be fair, this is a side street and doesn't really have much of an impact. But the length of time so far is really head-scratching.

For $149 they will take you down into the utilidor and show you where the leak wasMaybe they'll have a retro callback walk-through experience there where they'll set up the original bricks as a photo op with a side-street scrim around them after which, people will have the chance to buy the individual bricks for a couple hundred each so Disney doesn't have to pay anyone to haul them out of the convention center.
They can do it you-pull-it style and treat the process like an experience.
