I think I saw Jonh Lithgow in Tomorrowland back in the early 90s. I was walking out of Mickey's star traders and he was walking in, I turned my head as he walked by and I said to myself, I think i just saw Jonh Lithgow, lol. Can anyone get in contact with him for me and ask him if he was in Tomorrowland in like 1991. lol

I'd like to have seem Bruce Willis!

I wouldn't have stared because I'm too polite...but I'd have wanted to because...well, after all, he was David Addison! And nobody has ever been cooler (or cuter, lol) than David Addison!!!

He also seems like a nice guy. Celebrities...you never know, lol...but he seems like good people.

This probably means very little to many people, but I saw Mike Holmgren (former Packers and Seahawks head coach) trying to get into Tony's at MK. Being a Packers fan this was kind of exciting. We stalked him from a distance as he exited the park.

Also, we once bought something at Mickey's Star Traders and the CM noticed we were from Wisconsin. He told us that Brett Favre was in the park riding Space Mountain the day before. Brett Favre is my favorite athlete of all time, so missing him by a day was kind of disappointing.

PS- Holmgren did not get into Tony's.

I met Brett Favre when I worked at Disney. Tried on his ring, told him it was ugly and heavy which it though was amusing. Then invited him out for drinks with the CM's that night. We tend to hit the same bars different nights of the week and he said that other CMs had already invited him there. He showed up and had some drinks with us but when he had to go potty his security guards (or whoever they were) made sure the bathroom was completely empty and wouldn't let anyone in. Some people suggested he was doing drugs which I didn't really think, I figured he was suffering from mini pee-pee syndrome or perhaps just can't "let loose" with an audience.

I had no idea who he was at all since I don't follow sports and called my sister the next day and asked her who "Brett Farr" was.

I've met or have seen a number of celebrities while working there. Micheal J Fox and Tracy Pollen were the nicest people ever. Buzz Aldrin read T'was the Night Before Christmas for the CM's at a holiday gathering which was pretty cool. I almost spilled soup on George Kalogridis. Bryan Adams did a concert at PI and held my hand for the first lines of Summer of '69 (great moment for a Canadian even though I wasn't a diehard fan or anything), I was asked to be in a Celine Dion video (along with all of the other Canadian Cm's) as an "enthusiastic audience member" and declined because my acting skills are not THAT good, was at the horrendous Birthday Cake reveal and saw Hilary Rodham Clinton but not very close, got my photo taken with Waylon Jennings which my dad would have loved! Just missed seeing James Earl Jones as he was leaving the park (crowd was so huge I didn't even catch a glimpse), saw Gary Sinese and heard several reports that he's a great guy - very approachable, and had a tour of Animal Kingdom (before it was completed) with Joe Rohde and got to see photographer Bob Krist at work which was quite exciting for me.

My mom sat a couple of tables away from George Lucas at the Marrakesh back in the late 90's, she has a picture somewhere. She and her friend argued if it was actually him, the waiter confirmed that it was.

I've seen Harry Hamlin (and being a huge Clash of the Titans fan, was thrilled) as he and his child stood infront of me waiting in the regular line for Space Mountain. I've also seen Richard Karn (Al from Home Improvement). When I was little I got to meet Robby Benson (the voice of the Beast), when he was at WDW.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Having read these celebrity sightings, I would be most excited to meet Bruce Willis (absolutely no character ever cooler than David Addison, for sure) and, please forgive me, Evel Dick.

Tom Cruise has been in the parks this week. I saw him yesterday on the Jungle Cruise and today at Beauty and the Beast show at the Studios.

i wonder if and when the CM on a ride like jungle cruise recognizes an actor of that caliber on their ride, if it effects their performance at all.

at DL i saw who i swore was Reese Witherspoon last Nov. and twitter confirmed it with posted pics when i checked the next day. as her being a tiny blond girl who dressed low key and was kind of ordinary looking, i'm surprised i spotted her at all. she's a cutie

I saw David Bromstad from HGTV filming One of the Seasons of Disney specials in November 2009. Also when Tammy, Danielle and I were at Disneyland for an Agent Education Program in April 2011, Forest Whitaker literally walked into us at DCA. When I was four, I met Ricky Shroder at Epcot :)

We saw Steven Tyler from Aerosmith back in 2005 during our first trip. He boarded RnRC just before us and then we saw him walk past us in the gift shop a little bit later. Man, was he ever short and old looking in person! Not trying to hate on Steven - Aerosmith is one of my favourite bands! :)

Oh let's see...I can remember a few.

I saw Beyonce perform in front of the castle a few years ago singing "Silent Night" for the Xmas special. I watched her perform it like 6 or 7 times before I moved on. The weather was iffy the whole time and the camera crew kept yelling at people to take off their rain gear. Funny, hearing her singing before and after around the park I know she sang it at least a dozen times. I was very impressed - she was quite a trooper. She had on a white sleeveless dress, it was pretty chilly out, plus the rain kept coming - and she never stopped, even when getting wet, until the director told her to go back and start again or to go backstage and wait. Didn't complain, smiled the whole time, waved to little kids in between. I was very close at one point, and then ended up meandering away (as cool as it was, how long can you sit and watch that? LOL). Funny thing was, the sun came out a little while later, and that along with some tinkering with the video made it look like a lovely bright day when it was edited.

I saw Cameron Matheson at the height of his Dancing mania, coming off of Star Tours 2. There was a camera crew waiting for someone right outside the simulator door. I kind of lingered at the bottom of the platform to see who it was. He came out with his son, and they asked them how they liked the ride. I totally had my camera in my hand and could have taken a picture (the ladies at the office killed me for not doing it!) but I felt weird taking a pic of him with his kid. In retrospect, they were being filmed anyway (though I never found out for what - some promo I assume but I never saw it) it wouldn't have been awful to do so, but I like to be respectful. And yeah, he is even hotter in person, LOL.

I know there are a few more...but those are the most recent I recall with clarity.

I've seen the guy who makes the ewok noises in Star Wars and I think he also voices C3P0 but I'm not sure. While I was waiting online for Splash Mtn, he boarded and I thought he was just a normal park guest. The CM asked "Do you know who that is?" I said no, then he told me. He must have been a Star Wars fan because he seemed extremely excited

Back in the first weekend of August 2012... Tom and Suri Cruise were staying at the Grand Floridian for the week. We were also there for a few days and were at the beach pool for a few hours with them. Suri and some other children were playing together with my DD3 and DS5. Suri led my daughter around by the hand all night and they played together in the beach entry side of the pool and rode the water slide. Tom and his group rented a cabana by the pool. He actually came up to my wife and I and thanked us for letting Suri have some fun with our kids. He was really nice and down to earth. He was in the water with all of us for quite a while and was really having fun with Suri and all the other kids there. The beach pool was actually kind of private area for them as the walls were up around the this pool for the new DVC construction. They were semi-protected from any gawkers and tourists. You actually had to go into the pool area to see them there. If the walls were not up, you could see into this area quite a bit more easily. There were a couple of security officials watching over and at least two dedicated Disney staff with them. This was Friday night, August 3rd. We left the pool around 9:30 pm and they left right after us. It was a really cool experience to say the least.
