I met Ricki Lake and her family on the Disney Wonder. They sat beside me and my wife at the evening show. She was nice and I had a conversation with her.

Now talk about a talentless hag.........

back in '89 when star tours opened George Lucas was at the parks..well we were at Typhoon Lagoon in the 'lazy river" and he bumped into my mother quite hard...unknowing who the man was my mom turned to him and called him an "a**hole"...we later saw him at eating breakfast at the GF

we see celebs almost every trip

I saw Chris Rock coming off TOT a couple of weeks ago. He seemed nice, but his handler went over to the picture counter to make sure all of the images were destroyed and not sold to anyone else. :lookaroun I guess having fun on a ride could hurt his image...

So let me get this straight......they destroyed all of the photos just because he was on the ride. So if I had been on the ride, I could not have gotten one because he is Chris Rock and didnt want anyone else to see his picture. Is that what you are saying?

Celebs usually get an elevator to their own party, so there wouldn't likely have been any random park guests in his elevator. The handler was properly taking measures to keep passersby from purchasing a photo and then making a buck off of it somewhere else.

But if you had been in the service elevator, I am beyond certain that WDW would have allowed you to purchase your photo, or else would have made accomodations for you to your satisfaction.

**Back on topic** PHOTOS? Anybody??
I'll dig through the scrapbooks and see if I can find my photos of President Jimmy Carter at the Magic Kingdom. If I find them, I'll post them.

I agree, that does not sound logical. Disney would never destroy pictures, dont they cost like $10 to 15 a piece per person.

Back in the late 80's we were in Epcot when they were taping Win lose or Draw. There were a handful of celebrities there (well at least B list ones). We saw Sally Struthers up close but I didn't take any pictures.

I do not believe anyone was in the elevator besides him and his group--I only saw them in the photo area, and I do think they were trying to avoid someone else buying them for profit.

Back in 1994/5 (don't recall) I saw Ben Savage (Boy Meets World) exiting Tower of Terror. The crowds were null that day. I could have easily approached him for a photo or autograph or something but was young and far too shy. I wish I had. I loved and still love that show. :D

I think they meant the digital image that was stored. they dont print anything unless it is paid for

So I guess that brings up another issue....he gets an elevator by himself cause he is a big star? Hmmmm....I think thats wrong. Everyone else waiting in line do not get their own elevator..........

I was running once around the Polynesian golf courses and I was running UP a fairway towards the teebox, and I notice a foursome coming up, so i immediately ran off into the woods and almost hid (just to avoid getting hit)

Well it was Fuzzy Zeller and when he got close to me he said "I don't hit the ball that bad... do i?"

I was just like... "sorry Fuzzy!" and kept going... i didnt know what to say... he seemed like a nice man
