I'm not sure if this is old news or not, but in the new Disney Magazine, there is a small article about the new Country Bears Movie...if anyone wants the whole article just tell me and I'll put it up.

Yes its Spring 2002, heres the article:

"The Country Bears recently reunited to make their first full-length feature film. It's the story of Tennessee-based band's odyssey to save their beloved Country Bear Hall....The movie hits theaters July 26."

I dont have time to type what the ... represents, and also its not impt its just about the songs they had and about theyre breakup.

LoL....yeah...but from what i hear these are not your average every day run of the mill puppets...

They should have invested the same amount of money into a plot tho...

Grizz was at the Magic Kingdom!

Trip Report coming soon...it will be quite happy and long.

BTW, no, I didn't post this one. If I posted every bit of information about anything bears, this forum would be packed with thousands of messages. You can join the Yahoo! mailing list here for these kinds of updates. Anyhow, I don't have time to post the photo (it is at the group website), sorry! I really have to get to work now, and will be back later with a trip report. :)

Yep, I had a feeling you were there yesterday...

Should I mention that the puppets look nothing like the bears in the attraction? This is a totally altenate verison of the Country Bears we're dealing with.

Grizz too busy to talk about the bears? wow :animwink: but ya there was a pic next to the article but it was just of the bears themselves from the movie and they were just giant puppets, they looked like they do in WDW though.

Yes, the bears are basically TOTALLY different. Only remaining similarities..are..well, the names and Henry's hat... ;)
they should have just taken the bears from the attraction and put them in the movie. It would probally be better(thats my opinoin)
