Anyone know of a video of Celebrate the Magic with the silver turrets? I'm curious how much of a difference the metallic paint makes with the projections.

As soon as I heard they were coming out I started collecting them. They were enjoyable...showcasing many of Darkwing's villains...and eventually tying in to Ducktales too!

I like Tokyo's color. I probably like Florida's a bit more. But I really like that they are distinct and you can tell each parks castle apart from the other.

No, its definitely being painted over. I was there last week and can confirm that spires that were silver on Sunday were a new coat of blue by Saturday. A couple were even half and half on days when the wind prevented them from completing the work.

I like that it has a different color scheme from MK's. If they were to paint them both the same, it would remove the little uniqueness each one has (aka DLR and HKD)

They are definitely being painted blue again. While there last week, I watched them, didn't have the camera handy though. It looks like a pretty thick paint too.
Looking at the other turrets that aren't primed yet, you could really tell they have taken a beating from the sun since last time they were painted. Some were peeling.
