Cast Member DVC Discount?

I have a question to ask for a friend's mother who works for the Disney Stores. We have tried calling her DVC rep and we have not heard back from him. We all took the tour a few years back. She is wondering if their is a cast member discount and if there is one, can it be combined with any incentives that are offered? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I can not answer you discount question, but as far as your DVC guide I know they have been super busy with BLT, Treehouse & the location in CA opening and the selling of units, so I would call back if you find your rep is out of the office ( which I know mine is) listen to who their back up is and try connecting with them or just select to go straight to the operator.
