ETA: I was hearing some things that I thought would be announced today. They either changed their mind or I was interpreting the clues I was being given wrong. Long story short, nothing to report.

They should start with, you know, more money and then maybe try rolling back all the limitations (edit: on cast perks) they've put in place over the last couple years.

Whatever these improvements are, I hope they are in addition to increasing pay rather than instead of… It stands to reason that people who are expected to provide a “world class” level of service should be paid more than those at companies that only expect “average” service.

Pay is negotiated through unions and company prior to next union contract talks.
