Carousel of Progress closing to make room for a new "thrill ride"?

A Disney museum is being opened in San Francisco by Dianne Disney. I'd be happy to see it go there, if only because my wife's parents live there and I could visit it more than once every two years or so. I also think if the Magic Kingdom ditched it, Disneyland would probably be very happy to take it back.

Why not both? Two spinning theaters might add some balance to Tomorrowland. And I can't wait to see the "Joy to the World" portion again.

I was there Saturday and it was sad to see in the third scene the father was crossed eyed and it looked like some kind of liquid? was coming out the corners of his mouth.

That's sad. Someone needs to fix that and then give that animatronic a hug.

Just a few days ago when I was at the Grand Floridian a cast member named Witt said that they'd move the CoP to Washington DC and build an Incredibles ride in it's place. If they got rid of CoP, Tomorrowland would be Advertise-Our-Movies-Land. ;]

The new Walt Disney museum is a MUCH more likely place.
