Captain America 4

I can't believe you people actually think this only cost 180 million. They've been going way over budget on almost everything lately. And their lack of talent is so bad they seem to reshoot everything.

Lucky for them talented people actually made Deadpool 3 and Inside Out 2.
the same people who made inside out 2 made the other Pixar movies the last few years same thing with marvel and Deadpool and wolverine

Reaction to this film will be fascinating. I suspect the voices that would usually be the most shrill in attacking it are focused elsewhere and are preoccupied in gloating over their triumph rather then bemoaning their victimhood, but that’s just a guess.

Did Capt 4 have a SuperBowl ad?

I found the game pretty boring so I was channel surfing much of it and may have missed it, I loved the Stitch ad and also found the Thunderbolts ad intriguing, can’t recall a Captain ad though.

The $180 million-budgeted Captain America: Brave New World, which takes place after the events of the Disney+/Marvel series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier when Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson picks up the shield left behind by Steve Rogers, is bound to be a more grounded political thriller title ala 2014’s Captain America: Winter Soldier (3-day U.S. opening $95M) versus anything multiverse. Hence, expect a domestic opening of $80M over three days, $94M over four days and a global start of $190M in all territories, including China, day and date.

49% from the critics on Rotten Tomatoes. They must not have gotten the checks.

I can't wait to see the audience scores. Knowing Disney, it will probably start in the 80's. I guess it's cheaper to have bots these days.
So when faced with more evidence that the “critics are getting payed off” theory is incorrect you just say “oh they must not have gotten the checks” but why should I be surprised by you at this point?

So you're saying they have a chance of breaking even 👍
