Have eaten here many times when it was the Yacht Club Galley and on two separate trips since it changed to the Captains Grille when they revamped their menu. Last time I ate here was July 08. Buffet breakfast is great, lunch wasn't too bad either, great "fish and chips". Dinner was good but no comparison to Le Cellier which is one of the best restaurants in Epcot. The food and service in Le Cellier are in a different class to the Captain's Grille. But saying that it is worth trying, it is casual and never very crowded. The Spinach cheese dip with flatbread for starters was really good and big enought to share. As you enter the restaurant there is a table with all the desserts on view and the server will tell you what's what. The main courses were good but nothing like the steaks in Le Cellier. The service wasn't that great, we thought at one stage our server had gone home! The service was a bit slow but we found her amusing when she wanted to take our order without even showing us the menu. Having said all that we always eat here as we stay in the Beach Club Villas and it is very convenient. A meal in the Captain's Grille would be lighter on your pocket but Le Cellier would be worth the extra dollars. Le Cellier is always hard to get a reservation but keep trying you might get a cancellation. Otherwise the Captain's Grille is worth try but don't expect too much!!!
