Can't update/change my signature

1. Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 5 line(s).


That's the error message I'm getting when I try to update my signature. Even if I preview my current, 5 line signature, I get this message. It won't let me update...stupid computers.

Any help, Anybody, Someone? :wave:

I'll get back to you, as I cant see any obvious reason for it.

Doesn't all the formatting count? It could be because every line is a different colour. But I'm sure Steve's got it covered.

Thanks Steve...tried again today and still can't update the signature.

Maelstrom: Thanks for the input. Even if I try to preview my existing signature, I get the error message. Unless the parameters have changed, there's no reason why I can't update my existing signature as I've done so many times in the past. I've had 5 multicolored lines for quite some time...the only thing that I change is the words.

I've even gone as far as to eliminate one entire line and I still get the error message. I could've sworn I saw a subliminal message flash on the screen that said "Tramp is a jackass." How does the system know that? :lol:

I took out the "list" coding and re-wrote the entire signature. It let me update the wording but it won't let me center it. When I try to center it, I get the error message that it needs to be shortened. Is there a cialis-type pill for erectile dysfunction of the forum signature? :wave:
