CAN'T log in to premium pass account Please help!!

Can anyone help me please??? I have emailed "admin" for 2-3 days and have gotten no response at all.:shrug:

I subscribed for a month of premium service 2 days ago. Never got a confirmation email. I can not log in to the premium portion. I have followed the instructions on the help page to go into my profile and change the password. It is not working. My Paypal account HAS been charged and I am getting no service. :mad:

It can take a few days for your account to kick in, it is not instantaneous.
Go here and leave a private message for Steve and please be patient, this is not his full time job.

Thank you so much for the info. The link will not work for me. The site will not let me on a "subscription service" thread. I suppose I will wait a while longer. I just had a subscription about 2 months ago and it expired. It didn't take this long for it to kick in when I first got it.:shrug:

Anyway, thanks again.:wave:

Yes you can. Go to the subscription forum and post a new thread. It looks like you can't do anything, but you can.
