I think I know what this window thing at Canada is going to be - A walk-up window where you can order a 25oz Molson or LaBatt's Blue with a side order of 150 or more DVC points. You must drink all of the beer within 15 seconds, at which time you will be handed a pen to sign the DVC documents. If you take too long to drink the beer, you will be forced to buy more points as punishment.

The thing that doesn’t make sense with that is Imagination! DVC Lounge a is 5 minute walk away, it seems weird to build two so close together. @Moth sources saying it’ll be an all guest bar. Will have to wait and see
If they use the whole floor, it would be a great firework viewing location. Maybe they plan on selling firework packages.
I don't know much about the view but if there is a good view then these ideas in a flex space make a lot of sense. Wasn't some sort of corporate space in a tower building near entrance to WS part of the 2019ish plans? Could this just be moving the same function into an existing space? Use as a bar until like 7, clear out until 8, and then use as an event space (packages some nights, private space other nights) for fireworks at 9.

I can't imagine what they are going to put up there. Anything that would be retail or food service probably would not do well since that area doesn't get a lot of traffic.

could they just be renovating upstairs space to be used as BOH storage/office for whatever the new area is? I'm realizing I don't know that building well at all, not sure what ground floor looks like currently

The building is three floors. First was old retail space that’s been used as storage for years. Second floor was an old break/meeting room, third is a laser room. From pictures we can see the bottom floor has been totally gutted. We can also see something is happening on the second floor as at night we can see work lights on in the windows.

What’s also curious is that there’s work happening in the le cellier lobby in the area that was originally going to be an elevator to upstairs but was never installed. I’ve also heard that the small houses up beside the hotel building, originally built to be a tourism office but became storage space, are also included in this project.

Signs are pointing towards a DVC preview center that also might include an f&b element. It’s very curious that there’s zero mention of this from any official source.
