Oh good, another DVC lounge.
To be honest, DVCers do need more perks. They are literally invested in WDW.

The thing that doesn’t make sense with that is Imagination! DVC Lounge a is 5 minute walk away, it seems weird to build two so close together. @Moth sources saying it’ll be an all guest bar. Will have to wait and see
If they use the whole floor, it would be a great firework viewing location. Maybe they plan on selling firework viewing packages.

DVC in-park sales center where contracts can be signed, “first of its kind.”
Not certain it’ll include a lounge. More of like Saratoga Springs DVC center. Complimentary snacks included, I’m told.

Ladder has been spotted. That must mean all other projects at WDW will be delayed until the ladder can be transferred to Animal Kingdom so Tropical America work can finally begin.Photos from today:

Also just a very random location for such a thing, but I guess it’s been almost 20 years since it was a usable space so if they were going to use it for something useful they had their chance
The part I didn’t say was - This is all a damnable indictment about the lack of park vision and creativity under Iger. They couldn’t figure out something to put there in nearly 20 years? Unacceptable.
